DriveSense PRO ("the App") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explicitly outlines how we handle the data required for the App to function. The App is designed primarily for offline and local-device execution.
DriveSense PRO does not collect, transmit, upload, or sell your personal data to remote servers or third parties. All data processed by the App remains strictly on your local device.
The App requires "Always On" background location permissions (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION) and operates a Foreground Location Service. This is strictly required for the core functionality of the App:
SharedPreferences).At no point are your GPS coordinates or travel logs transmitted to us or any external analytics server. Your location tracking is entirely offline and ephemeral, unless manually saved to your device's local disk.
The App requests USB Host access to interface directly with external hardware dongles (RTL-SDR / RTL2832U). The App only extracts radio frequency data necessary to generate alerts on your device display. No audio or frequency data is recorded or uploaded to the cloud.
The App processes mapping telemetry using OSMDroid (OpenStreetMap). OSMDroid may download map tiles directly from open-source mapping servers which may log standard web request information (such as IP addresses) strictly for the purpose of serving map tile images to your display.
